Before...there was a punishment. It...it was really bad, and it was because they were fighting. And...and there was a girl, just earlier that seemed hurt! [Except she doesn't know who hurt her yet.]

The punishments... are horrible. Especially because they can be given unjustly. [Or so Chloe believes.]
